PHP MyAdmin being the database access tool need to be protected diligently & unauthorized access to the PHP MyAdmin portal need to be blocked by using CloudLAN room's TeamVPN IP. This helps in providing an additional layer of security on top of strong login passwords.

Get your room's TeamVPN IP

• On the CloudLAN App, Go to the Room details panel & copy the TeamVPN IP.
  
• Connect to CloudLAN room using TeamVPN ON

Configure PHP myAdmin

1. SSH to server where PHP myadmin is installed

2. Edit Apache Configuration File using the following command

   sudo nano /etc/apache2/conf-available/phpmyadmin.conf

3. Add Following Configuration Lines to conf File.

   #Restrict phpMyAdmin via IP address
   2
   Order Deny,Allow
   3
   Deny from All
   4
   Allow from 10.1.1.10

   Replace the IP with TeamVPN IP

4. Restart Apache Web Server

   sudo /etc/init.d/apache2 restart

5. Make sure you are connected to the CloudLAN Room with TeamVPN ON

The phpMyAdmin web interface should now be restricted to access only from your CloudLAN room.
